The Consultant Care Package is an in-depth, extended evaluation of your current and past health concerns and records.  During this time, Dr. Blanchard will listen to your symptoms and medical history, review your medical records, and do a complete physical examination.  She will also provide you with a printed record of the visit and her impressions. What happens during the Consultant Care Package?

The Consultant Care Package includes an extended, 2.5 hour long visit.  During that time Dr. Blanchard will take a history of your health issues, review your medical records, and do a complete physical examination. At the end of the consultation visit, leaving,  you will be provided a printed summation of Dr. Blanchard’s medical impression and recommendations. Also included in the fee for the Consultant Care Package is a single post-consult follow up visit to answer any questions that remain or arise and follow up on any tests that may have been ordered. What is the charge for the Consultant Care Package? Is it covered by insurance?

The fee for the Consultant Care Package is $790.00. This fee is paid at time of the initial consultation. Cash and credit or debit cards are accepted, excluding Discover or American Express cards. Checks are not accepted. The Consultant Care Package is not covered by insurance. Read More
